Mid-Year Impact: Stories of Hope Made Possible Together

As we look back on the first half of this year, we are overwhelmed with gratitude for the lives being changed through the compassion and generosity of people like you.

Across the world, hope is taking root in communities facing incredible challenges.

In Nebaj, Guatemala, families continue to receive vital healthcare through the growing hospital ministry. In Haiti, children are still showing up to school each day despite instability and hardship. In Kenya, girls are staying in school through dignity and mentorship programs that remind them they are valued and seen. In Malawi, access to clean water is transforming the health and daily lives of entire communities. And in Peru, vulnerable children are finding safety, care, and the freedom to simply be children again.

These moments matter deeply because they are not just projects or programs. They are people. Mothers. Children. Families. Communities working toward a future filled with dignity, opportunity, and hope.

One of the most encouraging parts of this work is seeing local leaders continue to serve faithfully within their own communities. Through partnerships rooted in humility, relationship, and long-term commitment, sustainable change is possible.

None of this happens alone.

Every prayer, every gift, every act of support becomes part of a much bigger story—one that continues to unfold each day through locally led ministries around the world.

Thank you for walking alongside us and being part of the ImpactHope family. Your support is helping bring lasting hope to places where it is needed most.

The ROI of Joy: Why We’re Carrying Hope Into 2026

If you could stand in the courtyard of the Vision of Grace school in Fort Jacques, you wouldn’t just hear lessons; you’d hear the rhythmic sound of potential being realized. You’d hear the laughter of children who, just a year ago, faced the silence of empty stomachs and closed doors. A new year always invites reflection, but for us at ImpactHope, it’s more than a pause. It’s a moment to look at the faces behind the metrics and recognize that the “hope” we talk about is a living, breathing reality…

Tatiana's Story

From a very young age, Tatiana had a heart for serving children. After a short trip to help at an orphanage in Haiti in 2014, she was ready to go all in to serve the less fortunate children of the world. Tatiana was the driving force behind the family moving to Peru, and she loved the children of Peru.

In the summer of 2018, Tatiana Blackburn died tragically in a car accident. To honour her memory, the Blackburns started a fund called Tat’s Kids Peru. This fund was designated for the children at Tat’s Place to support the ongoing operation of the home.
