I’m Ashley. My mum Glenda is severely mentally ill. I messed some things up, to a degree, part of it is my fault, but not completely. My mum thinks she told people things or says things the wrong way and gets mad when something else happens; she said that she said this but either she didn’t say it at all or didn’t say it right and got myself into a mess because of this. I messed other things up, didn’t help. I am mad at myself despite the fact I didn’t know I wasn’t supposed to do something that I did, I am mad at her too. She also threatened things. She needs help now! She caused me to cry. There is a lot of snow, can’t enough get out of the driveway. I hope snow gets cleared enough to get food and supplies as too much snow to even get out of driveway, hope for enough cans of salmon, freezer bags, cheese, and other things as it is hard to get anywhere, not just because of the snow, and it is a food desert even when it’s not winter. Hope my parents get the oven repaired or replaced.

Prayer needed for Melanie, a missionary who served in Nigeria and who went through torture by an Islamic radical group. She's in Canada now, serving on a prayer line, strong in spirit, but needing physical healing from: heart trouble ( for it to function at full capacity, not just a little), bad anemia and weakness, trouble eating due to very painful teeth, Irritable bowel, and ulcerative colitis. Needs to be able to absorb vital nutrients. Needs relief from from pain of severe headaches, joint pain all over and fibromyalgia. For her to feel greatly strengthened to do everyday tasks, (she lives alone, cannot be hospitalized due to allergic reactions to so many things, throat closes off), but she loves to pray for people. It really is a miracle that she is still alive, able to function enough to continually pray for others and keep a good attitude!! She really needs physical healings everywhere in her body.

Tatiana's Story
From a very young age, Tatiana had a heart for serving children. After a short trip to help at an orphanage in Haiti in 2014, she was ready to go all in to serve the less fortunate children of the world. Tatiana was the driving force behind the family moving to Peru, and she loved the children of Peru.
In the summer of 2018, Tatiana Blackburn died tragically in a car accident. To honour her memory, the Blackburns started a fund called Tat’s Kids Peru. This fund was designated for the children at Tat’s Place to support the ongoing operation of the home.
